Reservation / booking
All reservations / bookings should be made in writing through the Albtours Travel Agency office in Tirana. Rooming list should be send to Albtours at least 10 days prior to the beginning of the tour.
All additional bookings are on request & need to be reconfirmed
Cancellation fee:
All cancellations must be in writing
For cancellation
- 10 – 07 days prior to the tour 25 % of the tour rate
- 06 – 03 days prior to the tour 50 % of the tour rate
- 02 – 01 day prior to the tour 75 % of the tour rate
- 0 & no show 100 % of the tour rate
Refund claims:
All refund claims must be submitted to Albtours in writing within 20 days of the completion of the tour.
Albtours Liabilities:
In all cases wherein Albtours is rendering services (i.e. providing vehicles or transportation, meals, guides, tickets, etc.) it is acting solely as an agent or intermediary for the owners or contractors.
Albtours will not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, injury, damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect, through acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in covering out the arrangements of the tour, or as a direct or indirect result of acts of God dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars, whether declared or not, hostiles, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, pilferage, quarantines, medical or custom regulations or from any causes beyond Albtours control, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas or other documents
Albtours can accept no responsibility for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any tour passenger should such person’s health or general deportment impede the operation of the tour to the detriment of other passengers.
Smoking restriction:
There is no smoking while on motor coach. On escorted tours frequent sightseeing stops & rest breaks will be made at which time there will be opportunity for smoking.
